Cancellation Policy.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, a fee of 50% of the booked appointment cost will apply.

For missed appointments (no-shows), the full appointment cost will be charged, and this must be paid before scheduling a new booking.

To ensure fairness to all our clients and team, we kindly ask for your understanding that this policy applies to everyone no matter the reason.
