Your consultation
Every new client starts with a proper consultation.
This is our chance to understand your hair, your lifestyle, your routine and what you would like to achieve. We will talk through your current hair, your previous colour history, your condition, your expectations and what is realistically possible.
We believe in honest advice. If something can be done safely, we will explain how. If your hair needs a different plan, we will talk you through that too.
Our goal is always beautiful hair, but never at the cost of the health of your hair.
Skin tests for colour clients
If you are booking a colour service, you will need a skin test before your appointment.
This is an important safety step and must be completed before certain colour services can go ahead.
We will let you know when this is needed and arrange it with you before your booking.

Ohana Hair and Beauty is based in New Haw, Surrey.
We are a private home salon with a separate side entrance, so you do not need to come through the house. The salon has been designed to give clients a calm, professional and comfortable experience while still feeling personal and relaxed.
